Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Binding Bee. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return or exchange process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
